WARRANTY COVERAGE


Three (3) Year Limited Warranty
BLATOMIC provides a comprehensive three-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty protection applies exclusively to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Warranty Remedy:
During the warranty period, BLATOMIC reserves the right to repair or replace defective components or equipment at our sole discretion. All warranty determinations will be made following thorough inspection by our technical support team.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS


The following items are NOT covered under this limited warranty:

Cosmetic & Surface Elements:

  • Paint finishes and protective coatings
  • Cooking surfaces and removable accessories
  • Appliance covers and fabric components
  • Corrosion-related damage and oxidation

Environmental & Usage Damage:

  • Rust or oxidation (unless structural integrity is compromised)
  • Damage from exposure to harsh environmental conditions
  • Effects of humidity, extreme temperatures, chlorine, pesticides, salt, or cleaning chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections

Improper Use & Maintenance:

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow owner's manual instructions
  • Improper installation, operation, cleaning, or maintenance
  • Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Commercial or non-residential use applications

External Factors:

  • Natural disasters and acts of nature
  • Accidental damage or negligence
  • Transportation damage after delivery

PROTECTIVE MEASURES & MAINTENANCE


BLATOMIC employs advanced materials and protective coatings in our manufacturing process. However, protective finishes may be compromised by environmental factors beyond our control, including:

  • Excessive moisture and humidity
  • High-temperature exposure
  • Chemical exposure (chlorine, pesticides, fertilizers)
  • Salt air and industrial pollutants
  • Cleaning agents and disinfectants

Recommendation: Follow proper care and maintenance guidelines as outlined in your product manual to maximize protection and extend product lifespan.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS


This limited warranty constitutes the complete warranty coverage provided by BLATOMIC.

  • Warranty coverage cannot be transferred to subsequent owners
  • Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period
  • BLATOMIC is not responsible for shipping costs, labor charges, or installation fees
  • This warranty applies only to products used for normal residential purposes
